WEEKEND SPECIALS MARCH 24TH – MARCH 26TH: SIRLOIN + SALMON + CABBAGE

Chef Adam Measurall has announced the Specials this week that will be available beginning Friday March 24th, throughout the weekend.

The steak special is Prime Top Sirloin, Truffle Mac and Cheese, Grilled Broccolini and Red Wine Bordelaise. $30

The fish special is Pan Seared Salmon, Orzo Risotto, Wilted Pea Tendrils and a Red Wine Butter Sauce. $32

WEEKEND SPECIALS MARCH 17TH – MARCH 19TH: LAMB SHANK + SALMON + CABBAGE

Chef Adam Measurall has announced the Specials this week that will be available beginning Friday March 17th, throughout the weekend.

The chef’s special is Red Wine Braised Lamb Shank, Frisee, Wild Mushroom and Fava Bean Pappardelle. $28

The fish special is Grilled Salmon, Roasted Fingerlings, Spring Peas and Pancetta, Root Veg Puree and Crispy Leeks. $32

Chef’s salad special is Oak Grilled Babe Farm’s Cone Cabbage, Susie Q, Danish Blue Cheese Dressing and Herb Croutons. $12

Chef Adam Measurall has announced the Specials this week that will be available beginning Friday March 10th, throughout the weekend.

The steak special is Grilled Prime 8 oz. Top Sirloin, Sautéed Brussel Sprout Leaves with Pancetta and Local Chanterelles, Red Wine Bordelaise and Fried Shallots.  $32

The fish special is Grilled Salmon, Wilted Frisee, Lobster Pappardelle with Favas, Crispy Leeks and Pancetta. $34

Chef Adam Measurall has announced the Specials this week that will be available beginning Friday March 3rd, throughout the weekend.

The steak special is 13 oz. Grilled Prime New York with Truffle Lobster Mac & Cheese, Broccolini, Red Wine Bordelaise.  $45

The fish special is Pan Seared Salmon, Sautéed Local Chanterelle Mushrooms, Baby Frisee, and Parmesan Basil Orzo with a Citrus Butter Sauce. $32

The steak special is Grilled Prime New York with Pan Seared Scallops, Broccolini, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Chantrelle Mushrooms, Meyer Lemon Relish and a Port Demi Glaze.  $45

The fish special is Grilled Sea Bass, Sautéed Pea Tendrils, Chantrelle Mushrooms with Pancetta, Fava Beans with Pappardelle Pasta. $32

The steak special is Grilled Prime New York with Pan Seared Scallops stuffed with Bacon Jam, Broccolini, Celery Root Parsnip Puree and Meyer Lemon Relish.  $45

The dessert special is Chocolate Dome, Strawberry Coulis and House Made Whip Cream. $10

The fish special is Grilled Mahi Mahi with Sautéed Pea Tendrils, Heirloom Carrots and Local Chanterelle Mushrooms. $32

The steak special is Grilled Prime Top Sirloin, Broccolini, Roasted Fingerlings, Local Chanterelle Mushrooms and a Whiskey Demi Glaze. $30

Chef Adam Measurall has announced the Specials this week that will be available beginning Friday, January 20th, throughout the weekend.

The steak special is a Grilled New York & Scallops.  Pan Seared Scallops Stuffed with Bacon Jam, Celery Root and Parsnip Puree with a Meyer Lemon Relish. $45

The fish special this weekend is an Almond Crusted Halibut, Sautéed Spinach and Favas, Smashed Fingerlings with a Meyer Lemon Nage Blanc. $32

The steak special is a Grilled Filet Oscar; 6 oz. Filet, Crab and Lobster Cakes with a Sriracha Béarnaise, and Chive Mashed Potatoes. $42
