Chef Adam Measurall has announced the Specials this week that will be available beginning Friday July 14th, throughout the weekend.

The Appetizer special is a Buffalo Carpaccio, Wild Arugula Dressed with Lemon Vinaigrette, Tabasco Marinated Shallots, Fried Capers, Hard Boiled Quail Eggs, Shaved Parmesan. $16

The Steak special is a Bison Ribeye, Whole Grain Mustard Potato Cake, Sautéed Rainbow Chard, Gorgonzola Butter. $39

The Fish special is Almond Crusted Salmon, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Summer Squash and Zucchini Noodles. $32
